What countries do you ship to?
Answer: All EU countries and outside EU order should be placed at www.arrakoutdoor.com. USA please go to www.arrakusa.com. Any local and custom costs may apply, this will be charged to you as a customer.

Who do you use for shipments?
Answer: We ship with DHL Express.

What are the delivery times?
Answer: All shipments are sent on the same working day or the following working day. Delivery time worldwide is 2-5 working days worldwide.

What are your shipment costs?
Answer: Worldwide 7,90 EUR per shipment.

What are the charges to change size or colour?
Answer: None. The return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the new item is on us. We want you to be happy with our clothes.

If you have any complaints of your product?
Answer: Always contact us for complaints. Take a picture and e-mail us and describe what has happened, info@arrakoutdoor.com

What is your return policy?
Answer: Yes, as a customer you can return your item(s) within 30 days. For us to accept the goods, the product must be unused, non-printed with complete tags in it's original packing.

How do I make an exchange of my product?
Answer: Return the item(s) to us and fill in the return form. Place new order on the website for the item(s) you want instead. Your return will be refunded within 7 days to you after we recieved the parcel.

How long does a return take to handle?
Answer: As long as the return is approved, you will normally receive a refund within 7days. If you have chosen to pay by Klarna invoice pls pause your purchase to avoid getting reminder from Klarna while we handle your return.

What happens if a don't pickup my parcel?
Answer: If you don't pickup your parcel in time it will be sent back to us and we will take our a handling cost of 15Euro.
